Important update: some services are limited

A cybersecurity incident is affecting council systems. This means some Libraries and Archives services are currently restricted.

What you can do:
• Renew loans online by logging into your account
• Borrow and return items using self-service kiosks
• Access online resources
• Use public PCs
• Connect to guest Wi-Fi

What you cannot do:
• Join the library or renew an expired membership card
• Borrow, renew, or return items at the staff desk
• Make card payments at kiosks (PDQ readers are currently unavailable)
• Renew items by phone
• Make reservations for collection

Printing
Most libraries are only accepting cash payments for printing. Some libraries do not offer printing at all. Please check with your local library before you visit.

Fines
When full system access is restored, any fines on items returned but not processed via self-service will be waived.
